Mrs. Chenault’s entire career has been in the Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety Industry. She has worked for an environmental remediation company in New Jersey and a nationwide remediation company. She then moved to a corporate, nationwide manufacturing before managing the EHS program for a fortune 500 large pharmaceutical company. She has experience with federal contacts, managing AFFF waste disposal and complex emergency response management. Mrs. Chenault joined Capitol in 2024 bringing along over 25 years of experience in sourcing, contracting, coordinating and executing projects along with compliance enforcement in both the public and private sectors. Mrs. Chenault is an authorized OSHA trainer, certified hearing conservationist, security specialist and has extensive Human Resources experience.

Mr. Hegarty is an integral part of the National Team providing turnkey solutions and National Contracts for Emergency response, Disaster Recovery Services, Expedited Waste Removal as well as waste removal and Industrial Services.

Mr. Hillman started in the environmental industry in 1985 originally working for a hazardous waste treatment and disposal facility where he eventually became plant manager. From there, Mr. Hillman was employed by one of the largest waste management companies in the country. Mr. Hillman joined Capitol in 1996. He has managed hundreds of small to large scale, complex site remediation projects as well as the day to day needs of manufacturers throughout the New England area.

Mr. Mattocks is based out of Wilmington, NC where he enjoys offshore fishing and playing golf. Ryan first entered the environmental industry in 2015, where he was involved in the medical industry. Mr. Mattocks has expertise in aspects of material classification, beneficial reuse, and industrial services. He currently manages national accounts for Capitol Environmental that relate to emergency services, industrial services, LTL drum disposal, and large volume disposal.

Mr. Millan first started in the environmental industry in 1990. He joined and opened Capitol’s Barceloneta office in 1996. Mr. Millan has managed thousands of shipments from Puerto Rico to the States for the pharmaceutical industry and the greater Puerto Rico manufacturing community. He has managed Emergency Response projects as well small and large scale remediation projects as a sub-contractor for the EPA, Navy and other Federal Agencies.
